In the animal husbandry industry, we have been established for many years and have more than 300 skilled employees. In the chicken industry, how to breed is very important. Now it is an era of technology. Scientific farming is very important. In the past, people used to circle a large area of land to allow chickens to move in. Now it is not possible. The land is worth the money. Without such a large capital to invest, it is only necessary to rely on chicken equipment for scientific farming. So choosing chicken equipment is a very important thing.
Let's take a look at what kind of farming is more reasonable and cost-effective.
First, the structure and placement height of the trough should be reasonable. If the trough is too small or too shallow, it will cause waste. If the trough is too large or too deep or placed too high, it will affect the feeding and growth of the chicken. In general, it is advisable to place the height above 2 cm above the chicken back.
Second, the amount of feed should be appropriate. According to statistics, the waste rate is about 12% when the feed is added to the tank at 2/3, about 5% when it is added to 1/2, and about 2% when it is added to 1/3. Therefore, the amount of feed per feed should not exceed 1/3 of the depth of the tank.
Third, timely break. Chicks are cut off at 6-9 days of age, which can effectively reduce feed waste and prevent chicken mites from occurring.
Fourth, regular weighing. Not limiting the feed to overweight chickens will not only make the chicken over-fertilize affecting the egg production rate, but also waste the feed. Therefore, the flocks need to be weighed irregularly and kept separately according to the weight of the chicken.
5. Scientific storage of feed. Especially in summer and autumn, the feed is susceptible to moisture and mildew, or the feed value is reduced due to increased fat oxidation, resulting in waste. Therefore, the storage of feed should be protected from light, ventilation, moisture, insects, and feed as little as possible during the rainy season.
Sixth, the feed should be fully priced, and the nutrients should be balanced. Chickens can't absorb the nutrients in the feed without limit. If the feed mix is unreasonable, too much nutrients can only be wasted; if the feed is too thick, the feeds with different grain sizes will be excreted quickly after being eaten by the chicken. Cause waste. Therefore, the full-price feed should be used reasonably, such as self-dosing, and should be prepared in strict accordance with the standard.
Seven, regular deworming. Chickens infected with parasites will directly affect nutrient absorption. Therefore, the average flock needs to be dewormed once every 60 days, and it needs to be dewormed once again before the start of production.
8. Prevention and control of bird, rat and animal diseases. Rats and birds not only spread the disease, but also eat a lot of feed. Therefore, we must regularly do a good job in the prevention and control of bird pests and animal diseases.
9. Eliminate sick chickens and low-yielding chickens at any time.
Ten, the temperature of the house should be appropriate. In winter, the temperature is too low, and the chicken needs to increase the calorie by increasing the feed intake. The loss of feed is about 10%, which will cause waste. Therefore, winter insulation and summer cooling are also important.
As long as the breeding is carried out according to these points, the interests of the chicken farmers can be better protected.
